Directions

Like many of the reviews here the product has its up and downs. First it started to work but then all of sudden it stops working. Also, it goes through batteries like crazy maybe cause its near water and it gets wet. I am not sure but like many here it was wonderful at first and now now I am stuck with it. Please make a better kind I like the idea of no hands touch but don't like the way it working now. 01/10/2011
I have 3 of your soap dispencers and 2 of them don't work any more after 2 or 3 refills. I changed the batteries, cleaned them off and have never dropped them in the water. I love the idea, I hope you can over-come these problems. What can I do to get them to work? 01/10/2011
