Rated 5 out of 5 by ferretfuzzy Great Monthly prepaid phone
I was hesitant to get this phone as the site kept saying it doesn't work in your area. IT does work in my area with great reception. Love the touch screen and slide out qwerty keyboard. For the Monthly prepaid this is an excellent phone. The only problem is downloading wallpapers, you can't. But using verizon pix service you can send pictures to your phone and save to use as wallpapers.
All and all a great phone. If had to would purchase again. It is capable of the micro sd card (doesn't come with one). Also, to learn more of the phone download user manual online!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by ColorMeBadd92 Nice basic touch screeen phone!
I just got this phone yesterday & so far i like it. Its just a cool phone to have. It plays youtube videos, and the internet is fast(ish). The touch screen has a nice feel, the keyboard it so easy to use it fits perfectly in your hands, you can download music to the phone. Even though i've had the phone for only a day, i have experience one problem. I was sending a text & the phone just shut off and restarted itself. Also, the camera is pretty good, you can record videos..... The lg extravert is overall a great buy!

Rated 3 out of 5 by LadyBoy An okay phone for a pre-paid cell phone
I've had this phone now for about two weeks now, and so far it has only froze up once that required a reboot. The touch screen isn't a good as what you would see with the iPhone, but what can you expect from a $100 phone? It gets the job done. It does have a slight echo when talking, it sounds as if I am empty building which can be annoying, but I can deal with that. It comes with a few apps already installed, but I found out they are just trials, as it cost a monthly subscription to use Mobile Email and CityID (provides the city the number is located in if not in your contact list). I've since uninstalled both when it asked me to purchase a subscription. It comes with an app for ringtones and ring back tones, which is nice. You can bundle both for less than $5, but you need to add money onto your account to do this. It also gave me a number that was cities away, which I didn't care too much for. I called Verizon support and they gave me a new number in my city within seconds. I was using a cheaper phone from Straight Talk, which no longer let me buy ringtones or get on Facebook and a few other small things, so I decided to upgrade and it does what I need it to do. If you want a small phone bill each month, this will work. If you have the money to spare then go with a contract phone with more features, like an iPhone, which I do plan to get... someday.

Rated 1 out of 5 by WrenUsn WARNING DO NOT BUY
VERY BAD PHONE** Verizon customer service reps manager told me this phone was 1. discontinued 2. Was manufactured incorrectly and 3. That 80.....80% of people who have bought this phone returned it because it stopped working!!!! And sure enough mine did. And then so did my mother-in laws! I was very angry. Walmart should not be selling this phone. Call verizon, get a credit to your account and switch phones!

Rated 5 out of 5 by colleen54189 Excellent phone
I have had my Extravert for 12 days now. I am not good at all when it comes to figuring out these gadgets, but this phone is so easy to use my grand-daughter can do it. I love this phone. When I put my zip code in, it said would not work in my area. Not true. It works fine in my area and everywhere I go. I get excellent reception and the call clarity is excellent. I have not dropped a call yet. Even where I use to get no reception with my other phones I have had I still get good reception. Only down fall is the keys are kind of small on keyboard for typing and little hard hitting space bar, but I am getting better at it. Just takes getting use to it. It is a little slippery so I suggest getting a cover. I did and now it feels great in my hand and easy to handle. Good volume on ring tones and lots to chose from. I can hear my caller fine, and they can hear me. I love my Extravert. I would get another if I had to..

Rated 4 out of 5 by aroundtheclock I love this!
This is a really fun phone that does what it is supposed to do. I get my emails sent directly to the phone, and I use face book on it. I have not figured out how to download the mobile app for facebook, so I don't know if you can do that, but I use regular facebook on it and it works well considering this is not a smart phone.
The display screen is larger than most slide phones and I really love that. I only have one complaint about the phone: It is slippery. That may sound wierd, but the phone really is slippery. I like it to much to return it so I ordered a case off Amazon and that should make it easier to grip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by camerakid92 Great Phone For The Price!
I've had this phone since December, (about 6 months now), and I love it! It's a great feature phone. The touch screen is pretty good, camera takes decent pictures and the keyboard is really easy to text on and is very responsive. People complain about "internal memory problems"...which can EASILY be fixed by doing a software update on your phone. There are videos of it on YouTube. As long as you keep your software up to date, you'll be very happy with this device! I definitely recommend it to someone on a budget who wants something more than a boring flip phone!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rachael54 Do Not Buy This Phone!!!!
I purchased this phone Feb. 27, 2012. That being said I've had it replaced twice! Battery, phone, charger.....TWICE!!! It charged fine initially, (within the 14 days that you have to return it) than it basically sucked the last bar out and shut off. And would not turn back on. And it slips out of your hands when you slide it open and the camera doesn't take even mediocre pictures. I babysit for my grandkids and need a working phone, thank God I kept my old enV2. Never again!
