STORMER, we have a big problem. The villains have busted out of the Hero Factory and are scattering across the galaxy. But STORMER XL has advanced equipment to capture the escaped villains, including a power sword, a hero plasma blaster, scout drones, a decorated chest piece and hero cuffs. He'll use them to catch up with those villains and cuff them. The LEGO STORMER XL Play Set consists of 89 pieces that are highly flexible and posable. The LEGO Hero Factory Set also includes a unique code worth 500 game points for the LEGO Hero Factory BREAKOUT game online. The STORMER XL stands over 10" (26 cm) tall. He had it put together in no time, mostly because he has been doing Legos for a long time..but seems it was just perfect for the age. 12/19/2012

But he knew exactly what hewanted and I AIM to please!!! He loved it and immediately went to assembleit.It does seem a bit pricy because it's "just" lego pieces but it's marketedand packaged for little boys to want it and "can't live without it"!
