I erroneously believed that this many lego blocks would be a good amount to give my child some good play time. I guess I just expected Lego's like the ones sold in the 80's, you know the kind that have a lot of bricks and didn't require an instruction booklet? I can't find that anywhere. Each Lego item seems to have a preconceived item that it can build. Where is the creativity in that? I guess I should probably just come to terms with the fact that I won't be able to find the legos that I keep expecting and move to wooden blocks. Also, the size of the specialty pieces are so small, I mean small. This set is good if you just want to mess around or if you are just dying to build a tractor, wagon and odd housing structure.
