Yes, the chair is ready to use. It is made with very lightweight material (styrofoam beads) that are comfy but so light that you can move the chair with no trouble at all.

The size of the chair would work for a 30 year old, but I don't think the "beans" inside the chair are very durable and it would flatten out quickly. I think you are better off finding a higher quality chair that is made to handle someone heavier than a child.

Will it support your back... yes.... I would tell you that you will be sitting low to the ground which was great for our needs since we wanted the kids to be below our sight lines while we watch a movie. The material seems like a synthetic type of vinyl and the seat of the chairs are made of a material that feels like a sweatshirt.

It would fit anyone because it adjusts to your body, however anyone taller than 5 feet will not have a headrest with this chair.

Yes, but likely an adult no larger than 5'8 or 185 pounds. Someone larger may not be comfortable sitting down on the floor.

Adults can fit into them as well. I and my husband are both 46. I'm 5 ft 4, and he's 5 ft 9. No issues here.

The cat hair might stick to the sweet spot, but I have a dog that sheds and haven't noticed any hair stuck to the chair.

Yes, it is a soft vinyl-type material that can be cleaned easily - EXCEPT for the seat which is more of a velour material, to keep you from sliding down as you sit. The material on the seat will definitely attract/capture fur.

They are easy enough to clean with a damp cloth.

I have two grey cats, and have the seats in black. No issues here. What has been 'captured' by the seats wipe off quite easily.

This chair filled the needs of my 7 and 9-year-olds. We were looking for a beanbag chair they could use for reading and gaming, but we didn't want to pay a ton. The chair is comfortable and easy to clean. I love it and so does my 180lbs hubby. We might get two more so we all can have our own, but then there wouldn't be the fun of fighting over them for family movie night!

We purchased these chairs for a newly created movie room we made out of our basement... not high end but family friendly. The chairs are light, comfortable, and provide very good support when you sit in them. The kids love using them.

Very comfortable chair, my kids love it, and I love it. Colors are very kid-friendly. For those who are wondering if the back stays up - it does. Whenever we have friends over, this is the most popular seat in the house. I now own three of them.

What a great find!

I bought 2 for my kids as gaming chairs. I don't know what they're making "beans" out of these days, but it lasts about 1/2 a year. Then, I need to order a bag of beans to split between the 2 chairs. It's still a good value for the price, as we didn't want to spend a lot of money on something the kids would probably ultimately ruin. After a year, there are some cracks in the "pleather", but still in relatively good shape & being used every day.

Both of my son's (whom I bought them for) and my 6' husband, find them to be very comfortable. Actually, I do too, I just can't sit in front of the TV that long.

When my husband first saw them he was skeptical--now he's sitting in one playing a video game! Also, don't let their size deceive you, an average adult can fit very comfortably. Overall, the product delivers for the price.

Looks Can Be Deceiving

The shape of these bean bags makes them much more comfortable as well as practical. We have them in our kids waiting area. The kids don't slide off them and they can lean back and watch tv or play on their electronics. Great bold colors and washable. We have 4 of them and we are very satisfied so far.
