This should work for you! From other reviews that I've read, this doesn't add any coloration or pigment to your skin. It simply covers your skin in a translucent layer to create a barrier between your skin and your makeup.

Yes. I have a yellow undertone as well. It looks pinkish in the container but it goes on clear. A little goes a long way! :)

This is completely neutral. It looks 'white' but melts into your skin leaving it velvety smooth.

Yes, I have yellow undertones too. It works well. There is no color once applied to the skin.

It's basically colorless, maybe a tiny bit pink but you can't tell once you apply your foundation or powder. This just fills in all the holes, evens everything out wonderfully. I have pink undertones, very pale, I can use only this when i have no time for makeup and at least look even complected, fresh faced. I have blackheads, big pores, freckles and a birth mark, this just evens everything out perfectly. If you are putting your regular makeup on over it, I can't imagine that you would have any trouble, I go back and forth between my pink toned whitest white natural me foundation (with this under) to my yellow toned medium tan foundation (with this) when I'm spray tanned, it works the same either way. Does this work for all skin types and shades?

No it doesn't its very thick and I use it under my eyes as well and it gives me lines, I have to keep patting my makeup until it FINALLY soaks in.

The best primer for eyeshadow is by
Urban Decay. Mine always creased or wore off, this primer is killer. am 62 and happy to have found this. I found out about it on You Tube where they do eye makeup demos. Sometimes it goes on sale on a site called www.hautelook.com , otherwise it is about $15 in stores like ULTA or Sephora. TRY IT!!!!!!!!!! you won't be sorry

I found that it increased creasing under the eye and on the eyelid.

It could since it controls oil and the main cause of eyeshadow creasing would be the oil on the eyelid

Would this prevent creasing of eyeshadow on your eyelids?

I use the sunscreen first, and then I use this over it. It's still kind of oily, but everybody's skin is different. Good luck!

I have been using this product now for the few months and  all I can say is "WOW" this stuff works great. At 49 my skin has for sure aged and I have fine lines now that I didn't have in my teens, twenties and thirties..and I didn't like the way my makeup looked when I would apply it. I saw this in the store and thought I would try it and from the first time I used it I noticed the difference in my face with or without my makeup. This stuff really works and now I won't use anything else!!! It takes years off of my face and I didn't pay an astronomical amount of money to have the best results EVER!!!! This perfecting base with sunscreen in it, leaves me face so silky soft before applying L'Oreal Infallibles makeup! I first learned of it from the professional makeup artist tutorial from ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT with Mario Lopez, I bought some other L'Oreal products they recommended as well. Goes on so smooth and stays that way, makeup doesn't crack or shift with your daily facial expressions.

This Magic Perfectly Have Face Primer glides on smooth and easily. Being an older woman I love how it covers my fine lines and wrinkles. also my darkened under eye area. This is a great product for younger ladies & and works even better for those a few years older!!

The best ever

I love loreal everything! i think they do great with skin care products, so i decided to try this and was just not as excited about it as I'd hoped. it works really great as a stand-alone product for sure. but i have a pretty rigorous regimen, and putting on over other products doesn't seem to work too well. i followed directions and let my products soak into my skin like it says, but they still seem to mix together and become little grainy pieces that sit on my fave in little balls and i have to wipe off. so, as a standalone product, yes! but with MY PERSONAL regimen, no. doesnt mean it doesnt work tho.

The container is so small!! Literally an inch and half wide and tall. Barely any product inside! The primer itself is good, it feels nice and cover some pores, doesn't cover really big pores or deep lines. Really expensive for what it is. I rather buy something else with that money, very disappointed.
