I recommend 2 to 3 coats to give a great mirror shine. I made Gazing Balls out of bowling balls and the finish is amazing. After stuffing the 3 holes with paper, I used Loctite Repair Putty and sanded it off smoothly. I also recommend sanding any project for a very smooth finish before spraying. Even save those old nasty Christmas decorations for a beautiful new look. You are sure to find a million uses for this spray paint. Remember to spray outside or in a well ventilated room. Have fun!

A perfect mirror finish

I bought the premium copper metallic.  This stuff is great!  I think a lot of people do not realize that they really need to “dust this on” a few layers then some wet coats.  I personally would never leave it without then clear coating it.  
I have used this on my motorcycle and it pops like crazy!

Beautiful results for my project. Would.i,e to try the Premium Pewter, but have not found it at local vendors. Would also love to see Krylon market a Premium Nickel finish.

I realize the ad says 8 oz - but the photo of the can makes you think it's a regular size can of spray paint - IT'S NOT - it's a mini size - for $8, I could have gotten 2 of the regular size cans - so not sure it's worth the $$ - I wanted it to cover 2 items, and there was only enough to cover 1 item - so now I have to get another can - the items I'm painting are not even worth $16

product came delivered with the spray can cover cracked and why is a can of spray paint costing consumers $28?   don't you think that kind of high?

not a reasonable price

The paint won't look like the cap--i.e. a silvery mirror like chrome finish.  It's just a dull mat silver color.  I'm returning mine.
