It is thin, light weight & will fit easily into a pocket or purse.I especially like the redesign of the battery compartment, which also houses the memory card (not included).This camera takes good quality pictures for the home user. I found pictures easy to load from camera to computer without using Kodak software.The instruction booklet included is easy to follow with many descriptive pictures. Don't let the thickness of the booklet put you off, as it is written in several languages for worldwide distribution.Each time I use the camera, I learn something new. The Kodak M530 can be used by an 8 year old child.Never having been into picture taking on the same level as many, I am inspired to learn more with this camera.As a side note: You will need to add a memory card if you plan to take a lot of pictures & keep them stored in your camera.Walmart made it easy to shop online with it's many product choices. 04/04/2011

I am so glad that my Mom bought this for me and she liked it so much, she got one for herself, too. It takes great pictures and videos. I like to make video's of my grandparents and takes great pictures of photographs. It even has a special for that called Text. It is very versatile. Highly recommend this product.
