Rated 5 out of 5 by HappilyEmployed A great time and money saver. Save a lot of money by not having to purchase shredded cheese, or preprocessed potatoes. We have already paid for this with our savings on not purchasing shredded cheese, hash browns, or prepackaged potato products. Makes it very simple to make homemade scalloped potatoes, and they taste much better than the packaged products. Looking forward to using the slicer attachment for cutting up the apples and peaches from my trees for drying. More important, my wife loves the convenience of her own slicer/shredder. 09/10/2012

So far I've used only the shredders (for cheese). Make sure you read the instructions! It helps when the items you will be slicing or shredding are COLD!!! 08/02/2012
