It features a high pressure burner and a 29 qt aluminum pot with lid, turkey rack and lifting hook. The portable cooker is 12 inches high and can support cooking even the large sized turkeys, up to 20 lb. Enjoy perfectly fried turkey cooked with the turkey fryer. The capacity of the cast burner is 38,000-BTU. This outdoor turkey fryer also has LP hose and regulator with Type-1 connection. The pot of this propane turkey fryer has a 29 qt capacity, and it also includes a timer and cooking thermometer. With the cooking thermometer, you can fry the turkey in a controlled temperature so that accidental burning can be avoided. The timer requires 2 AAA batteries and is not included in this fryer.

not bad for the money The turkey fryer meets our expectations for the most part. I was not happy when i unpacked the product to find that the pan was dented in 2 different spots!! it's supposed to be brand new and it's already damaged!! not impressed with that!! but besides that, it works good and we've cooked 3 turkeys in it already! the next time we purchase one we will upgrade to the better pan! we got what we paid for on this one! 05/12/2011
