Rated 5 out of 5 by Turbo13 Great Jalapeno rack I've used a lot of pepper roasting racks, but this is by far the most affordable. It works great, just stuff the Jalapenos, place them in the rack, set on the grill and watch them cook. The stainless steel cleans very easy. GREAT PRODUCT. 03/08/2009
Rated 3 out of 5 by sdallnct Sort of good The corer piece is awesome! It makes quick work of this and is well worth the price alone.The actual rack is a different matter. If you look closely at the photo you will see 36 jalapeno's in the rack. I don't know if they get their jalapeno's from New York City or what. But the standard jalapeno's I get are to big for the holes and the holes way to close together. When I wrapped the jalapeno's in bacon, they actually were touching which would never work on a smoker or grill. So I could really only did 12-18 at a time. And because the holes were so small the jalapeno's would only barely fit and started to sag during cooking.So I would give the corer 5 starts, but the rack maybe 1 or 2. If you can get the corer for less by it self, go that way... 03/01/2009
Rated 5 out of 5 jalapeno rack Used the rack for the first time sunday. I really like the corer. Certainly made removal of the ribs and seeds fast and easy. Sprayed the rack with no stick spray; prepared the peppers and popped them in the oven. Setting the rack on a foil lined cookie sheet made clean-up easy. The rack is heavy enough to not buckle from the heat of the oven.Clean-up was simple. Both the rack and corer made it thru the dishwasher just fine. 02/16/2009
