Rated 1 out of 5 by Vieramomof3 Returned it It was awful to put together. The top piece was broken. The chairs has so many marks on it. I was very unhappy and returned it. Very cheap.... 08/31/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by SillyMimi We're happy with the table and chairs. My grandkids (5 and 7) had outgrown the little folding table and chair set so I began searching for one that suited their needs. When I found this on the Walmart website and read the one and only horrible review, I checked with Amazon and found glowing reports. I also found that the Amazon price was about $35 more than Walmart's. When I picked it up at the store, I had the young man who helped me, open the box and check it out to make sure nothing was damaged. It was fine.I assembled the set by myself even though the instructions say that it take two people. I'm 71, healthy and mechanical. The first chair took about an hour, but put the second one together in about 20 minutes. The table was fairly easy also. All it takes is patience, studying the instructions and thinking about it before you begin assembling.I sanded the top and painted it with two coats of polyurethane varnish to give it strength. My grandkids love it. We've already had a few tea parties and made Christmas decorations on it. It's a winner, believe me.SillyMimiBradenton FL 12/11/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Gran500 Took several hours to put together!!!! This item looked good in the ad. It should have 2 prices. 1 for assembled and 1 for unassembled! i am very proficient at carpentry and it took me just under 4 hours to put together. after I put it together by with the instructions it still did not fit correctly. The chairs are great the table is "shakey and not solid". I would not reccommend this item! This item should be 1/2 the price (I paid with tax included appox $105.00). If you buy this perhaps your experience may be better??? 11/19/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Kristi178 Not bad for the price My husband complained the entire time putting this table together. I guess he had an issue or two. But in the end, the table looks great and our two and four year old LOVE it. They have a lot of room so they are not bumping into each other. They eat snacks, color, play with play doh, crafts, etc. and it is perfect for that. I especially love the storage underneath. If you have hardwood floors I recommend putting a rug underneath so it stays in place otherwise it will slide all over the place. The table is more on the cheaper side, but I think it's great for my kids. I don't want to spend a ton of money on something my 2 and 4 year old will be using, and I've had 2 plastic tables that I wasn't crazy about, so this worked out perfectly. We have it in out living room for them in the corner and it looks nice with our furniture, not tacky. If you want something a little heavier and better made them i would spend a little more money tho. 11/28/2012
