Rated 5 out of 5★ by GodIsInControlAlways Excellent for Developing Motor Skills The best products for children are the older educational products such as this "Shape Sorting Cube." It requires manual dexterity, eye/hand coordination. Work with your child and show them what to do...then have them do it. Learning takes time, so be patient. This type of older toy beats all of the electronic toys of today! It's easy to push a button or to press a switch with an electronic toy, but with this shape sorting cube, you will see your child's manual dexterity, eye/hand coordination improve daily.I highly recommend this product. 12/25/2010

Rated 4 out of 5★ by Shethad Love wooden toys? Your gonna love this one. Its wonderful. Not only does my child learn matching shapes but colors too. Love the wood and its finished so there is no possable chance of splinters. Only downside is its a bet heavy, not a problem with one child ,but if theres two it could cause some booboos. 12/17/2012
Rated 4 out of 5★ by SunshineOnTheBeach Bright colors...a bit smaller than I thought The only thing I don't like is, the end you take off to get the pieces out has no way of staying put. If you turn the box on any of the sides to put the other shapes in, the removable side falls off. 01/06/2014

Rated 5 out of 5★ by kschwalbs Quality Wood Toy I purchased this for my 13mo old son. He loves to take things out of boxes, then fill them up again with toys. I went with a wood product that would last. (Think Melissa & Doug toys)It came well packaged. It is small. It's about 5x5x5". It's compact, painted wood. It seems to be one of those indestructible toys, which is perfect for a little boy. This is a good option if your child likes to take things in and out of boxes. It's perfect for the year old child. 12/21/2011
