Rated 4 out of 5 by beapatt65 Nice Sized Sand Box EASY to Assemble Nice sized box and love the seating on the corners. It looks nice in our yard. The only thing I am not liking is the mesh cover. 3 of the ancors have already torn off. We plan to just make one out of plywood to keep the neighborhood cats from using it. It took 18 bags of sand. It does not have a bottom, so anyone that wants to keep the grass out would need to put weed barrier, but then, those kids that like to dig to timbuck-two would not be able to do so. We really like it and our grandson, nieces and nephews seem to enjoy it also. 07/13/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by FuninAnthemAZ Our son absolutely loves this sandbox! My husband & I put this sandbox together very easily with the help of our 2.5yr old son also. I love the smell of the cedar wood and the color is perfect. We put the sandbox underneath a shaded pergola to hopefully allow it to last through the Arizona heat. I love the seats on each corner. There is no bottom to this sand box so we did layer the bottom with weed blocker fabric. For now we have only filled it up with 10 bags of play sand that we also bought from Walmart. We do plan on adding about another 10 bags of play sand, but he is having a blast with just what we have filled it with so far. I think it was very reasonably priced and is getting plenty of use at our home. My son is out in the sandbox everyday. 06/19/2011
