Clunky, not a Windows keyboard, noisy Just a piece of junk. Documentation written by first grader. Videos on CD in Hebrew, not English. Paper skews sideways, no guides. Unit returned for refund within one week. DO NOT recommend purchase for anyone. 02/19/2012
Good Value This is a good scanner for home use. The copies are clear and this provides agreat tool for eliminating hard copies of documents. When you are installing this you must follow the instruction in the exact order listed, or it is harder to set up. Based on my usage, their are, in my opinion, some minor design flaws, that make the scanner use frustrating at times. The feed table appears to need widening an small amount. When Feeding 8.5 inch paper, the papers often gets stuck, when ejecting single sheets. To eliminate this, I had to remove the left feed guide. Once removed the feeding and eject process worked fine. The scanner sets to close to the desk top, often causing the scanned document to bind, resulting a blurred input. I had to put a .5 inch block under the bottom of the scanner to prevent the paper binding between the desk top and the scanner bottom. This has solved the problem for me. After these "Rube Goldberg" modification, the scanner is great. 10/24/2011
Excellent for a scanner. I like this scanner more than I thought I would. It is easy to use and very easy to set up. We got this to use for my husbands business, but I see myself using it for scrape booking alot to load photos. I will submit another review after we have used it a bit longer. 09/08/2011
Outdated Peice Of Junk I purchased this thinking it would be a great scanner but it is a piece of junk. I got the unit and the keyboard weighs like 5lbs it weighs more than my laptop computer is looks like it was made in the 80's or something. I installed it, it does not take documents straight, the scan's came out crooked and looked like really bad quality. Save your money, this thing is not a good product. I ended up buying a snap shot scanner. 08/23/2011
