    Excellent Coffeemaker with ONE Drawback!

Love this product because you get a fresh cup of coffee every time! Short heat up time & no need to measure! Only one drawback that I hope Keurig fixes is that you MUST de-scale your Keurig machine every 3/6 months or it shuts down on you! Luckily, Keurig Customer service is very helpful!!!

Third one I have bought in just 7 months! LOVE IT!

I started out with the one with no water tank. I then got the next size up...and now this one..WOW is all I can say. I just love it. I can use one coffee container to make a huge cup of good tasting coffee. I use the middle size cup choice and then make my second with the same coffee container and use the smallest size cup choice. The coffee comes out great tasting and it feels a tall large coffee mug. I like my coffee mild not strong. That way I can save on having to buy so much coffee. Even though the cost is not that bad.

    Exceptional Customer Service

    Customer review by 76Brandon

We purchased this brewer almost a year ago. When we had a few issues with it we called Keurig for help. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever delt with. We were within a day of the waranty being up and at no charge to us whatsoever, they sent us a new one. No sending in the old one either. Keurig does not refurbish their products is what the customer service rep told me. They want the customer to get the best product so they sent out a new one. Absolutely outstanding. If you are looking at one of these brewers and not sure because the price, I would definitely say "BUY IT", you will not be disapointed. Purchase it, register it online and call if you ever have any issues, they will help you.

    • I don't own a Keurig yet. I just started shopping for one myself after spending the weekend with my Daughter, whom we bought one for Christmas. She showed me a pod looking object and said look a this you can even use your own coffee. I was so smitten by the machine at the time that I forgot to ask what kind of coffee, regular drip or instant?

    • Yes, but this will require you to purchase the "My-Cup". They are sold everywhere!! My sister loves hers. #I don't like the mesuring and all that nonsense so I just buy the Kcups# Oh, my sister says she calculated it at 10 cents a cup when she used her own coffee vs almost $1 a cup with the Kcups.

    • surprisingly no... the flavor of the coffee is the same regardless of the size you choose.. as long as you're only doing one use per K-cup and not using it for more than one cup of coffee

    • When I put my K-cups in, I use the 11.25 oz, then I also add the 2.25 oz. If you want a strong cup of coffee use a smaller cup size, it you want it weaker cup use the bigger size

    • I have used all 5 settings on my machine to see if I could taste a difference. The only time I noticed a difference was when I used hot chocolate. With the coffees and teas, I could not taste any difference in strengths. Holding them up to the light, I could not see any difference in appearance either.

    • I brew the 4th size and seems like the coffee comes out pretty good. Also I do believe that it may be for the iced coffee or the iced tea, because they make special K-Cups for iced coffee (says "brew over ice") All you can do is give it a shot :)

    • This depends on how strong you want your coffee. I always use the largest setting and it is strong enough. There are also many different brands of coffee for the Keurig that are stronger. This brand definitely has the most options and biggest selection for coffee.

    • As for actual proportions, I can't answer that. However, I can tell you that we always use the 12 oz setting (that's why we bought this one versus some of the cheaper ones). All of the coffees have been very good and not watered down. I like rather strong coffee and I haven't been disappointed yet. In fact, I went to my parents' house for Christmas and they served coffee out of their cheapy coffee maker with the carafe and it tasted like water now that I am pampered with the Keurig. I hope this helps!

    • I use the different size cups choices when I want a stronger cup of coffee or when I want it a little milder. Also when I make Tea or Coco, I like the different choices. You will be happy if you get the Keurig that has the 4oz up to 12oz choices. If you want some Iced Tea (12oz) you can do it, but with the others you only have 2 choices.

    • Yes, you can buy the k-cups for iced drinks for this machine. Just be sure to use a plastic container to reciever the hot liquid. Using a glass one may cause it to crack. I can recommend the half-tea/half lemonade and the raspberry tea.
