Rated 5 out of 5 by Critique Wonderful buy for the price I was needing a lamp to light the area above my little used typewriter that's in a poorly lit corner of the room. Not wanting to purchase a table lamp which would have taken up limited space, I decided to purchase this type wall lamp. I like the way it can be extended over the work area... moving it this way and that to provide adequate lighting. I chose not to make use of the 3-way lighting which would be great if you needed this feature. A 60-100 watt bulb fits all my needs. I shopped around online and found this to be the best buy for the price. It has a simple but appealing appearance and very well satisfies my need. 11/16/2010
