Rated 3 out of 5★ by pacmoon Good for the price The cordless mechanism is rough to use. The wand winding mechanism is not smooth and cumbersome but overall, good product considering the price! 06/26/2011
Rated 1 out of 5★ by RIBARA Not as expected These Roman shades were a disappointment. We installed one in about an hour and found that the wand was very difficult to operate. Decided to install the other one and when completed, lowered the shade and in the 2nd or 3rd seam the seamstress "missed" and the holes from the machine were off in 2 places letting light shine in, which ruined the blackout feature. We returned both shades. 09/01/2011
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Carpenterlady Very difficult to wind UP ! Lovely to look at, quality fabric but all 6 I purchased are difficult to wind up and very straining on the hands. Takes 2 hands and forever! Returned one as it was just impossible to wind up. 06/27/2011
Rated 4 out of 5★ by sloansaunt I am very satisfied with the shades. Not particularly attractive alone, but look very good with a valance or panels. Easy to install-with very few tools. I did it myself and I'm a 61 yr old female. The thermal attribute is great if you want to save on heat. Good value for the cost. 02/24/2012
Rated 4 out of 5★ by ShoppingWithLucy More positives than negatives Great color. Nice fabric. However inside mount does allow a line of light the make its way in along the edge. And these are much too long for my windows so there is a lot of bunched fabric at the bottom. Roman shades should have a little of that, but not this much. Other roman shades I looked at had removeable panels. These do not. They are completely sewed together. Overall they look good for the price and do keep the majority of light out of the nursery 06/27/2013
Rated 2 out of 5★ by Rld80 Back side is not attractive; rod sticks out I returned this. The back side has a white mesh panel which is part of the mechanism to roll up. It is white, not the color you purchased...should be the same on both sides for a door window blind. Also, there is no pull string, just a rod that sticks out sideways and you turn it a bunch of times to roll up...not fast or convenient. 09/01/2013
