Rated 4 out of 5★ by HappyinNH Good product I'm happy with my new pet barrier. It does rattle some but my husband took the metal name plate off and it's better. It keeps my two black labs in the back of my SUV nicely. They broke down the last one we had quite easily and this one is keeping them contained. Good quality. I assembled and installed it myself. Overall very happy. 10/27/2010
Rated 4 out of 5 Works as expected..VERY disappointed with shipping This product works like it should, the dogs stay in the back. In order to keep it from rattling we used multiple zip ties, but they did the trick. I was extremely disappointed with the shipping, all the screws and small pieces were loose in the box and I was missing at least 5 pieces! 01/14/2010
Rated 1 out of 5★ by MykidsRbullies I received a used package with missing pieces! I never write reviews, but this disappointment was worth writing about. Upon the delivery of the pet barrier, the Fed Ex guy said, "I think this fell out of the box," and handed my co-worker a metal piece. I would have never accepted a box that rattled so much (ALL the pieces were loose in it, with no packaging product, padding, plastic etc..) but my co-worker had signed for it and by the time I got back from lunch it was too late to put up a fight with Fed Ex, and I simply accepted the box, a black metal piece, and the message. I have to note that the packaging was poor, which is not Fed Ex's fault, but I would have had them return it and never accepted the product to begin with. Upon opening the pet barrier, the baggy that holds all the screws and metal pieces was open (ripped open so you know that I was getting a previously returned product). Upon further inspection and an attempt at assembly to avoid a return during the X-mas season, I was missing a functional piece... another one of the pieces was rusted, and the two red plastic "caps" were busted and had chew marks on them. Luckily, Walmart didn't put up a fight when I tried to return the product. I am eight months pregnant, about to pop, with two English Bulldogs that want to be next to me while driving. I would have LOVED to get my bullies use to this product during our holiday roadtrip before the baby came. I really hate complaining, but sending someone a chewed product with missing pieces is too much! They didn't even repackage, they sent me the product in the same state as the return!! I'm not sure if this came from Walmart wharehouses or Kennel-Aire --- buyer beware!!! 12/20/2012
Rated 1 out of 5★ by ireviewallproducts Terrible and cheap product I bought this item for my 2004 jeep grand cherokee. First of all, it does not fit the curve of the headliner/roof. It immediately punched a hole in my headliner from the corner on the red part. The material is cheap. This product should be around $15. Terrible fit and does not ease pressure on headliner. You are better off just teaching dogs not to come across the seat. 07/17/2012
