Nice futon, only weird thing is the legs which screw on were hidden in a secret pouch with the instruction manual on where to find the legs. I almost called to have a set sent out until I reviewed the manual on-line. Otherwise, pretty rugged and my son likes this coach/futon under his loft for reading, watching television, etc. 03/18/2012

Firm at first, but it softens after a couple times laying on it. The setup is stupid easy. I love how the back cushion is very comfortable also. Totally affordable and worth it. 03/17/2012
