Rated 1 out of 5 by la77y Can't Clean This blender is attractive and functional. Unfortunately it has a serious flaw. The blend head is not completely sealed at the bottom or top, yet can't be disassembled for cleaning. Food enters the blend head via a crack at the bottom and can't be cleaned out.I'm returning mine. 02/28/2011

The directions specify to use 1 minute max, then let cool for 10 minutes. While the typical use is less than a minute, I sometimes go longer (like when making apple sauce or pureeing strawberries for a smoothie). 09/17/2010
