Rated 4 out of 5 by Spunkalla Great stuff I suffer with Achilles heels but like to run in Half Marathons. When I stretch the tape across my Achilles' tendons, the pain is immediately relieved. A friend uses it on her back and another friend uses it on her shoulder.I press the center of the strip on the ache an then stretch the side and press and smooth against the skin to anchor it. It last for days...even in the shower. If the ends start to peel I just cut them off.Walmart.com is the best place to buy it. 03/01/2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by CR44 I heard about KT Tape from my friend who runs a lot.I'm over weight and out of shape and I started trying to run too.I tend to develop runners knee and posterior shin splints. Let's just say it's very painful, usually takes weeks to heal and not fun at all. I tried KT Tape out and it worked really well. My knee stopped hurting when I used it to run and just last week I got my shin splints again and I applied the tape for that so I could run. Let's just say it helped A LOT pain was once there and now it's almost completely gone so instead of my normal 3 week heal from shin splints it only took a week.A lot of people complain this doesn't work and that it doesn't stick. They're probably not following the instructions by making sure their skin is clean and free of anything like creams or sweat before use, it makes a world of difference (I speak from experience). I highly suggest this to everyone especially people who are just starting to exercise. I'll be buying a lot of this in the future : ) 05/18/2013
