My husband just got it put together and did not seem to have a problem but I've only used the machine a couple of times. It was very easy and I did feel it the next day. So far I am pleased with the performance. I am not so pleased with putting it away. It takes two of us to collapse it. But that could be because it is very heavy and seems well made. Time will tell, but for the price I am very pleased overall. 01/18/2012
Awesome Workout! We purchased a workout gym and once we got it built, we found out that petite women can't utilize some of the workout stations, such as the butterfly press!I wasn't too happy that I couldn't use the machine so my husband looked at the Total Gyms but the better ones were very expensive. He then looked on Amazon and saw the one called Jillian Michaels Ultimate Body Shop.We ordered it from Walmart and picked it up at the store. It was easy to put together. I was so eager to use it the 1st time that I did too many reps and boy was I ever sore! I am now using it every other day doing 2 sets of 15 reps and I'm fine. I love the workout that it gives me. You can actually see more definition in your arms.I wasn't too thrilled with the IFIT portion of it. Mine seems to skip so I use the dvd that came with it and I just watch each segment and then pause it until I finish the segment.I've seen workout dvds that go with the Total Gym so I may order some of those once I know which ones are better suited for the Jillian Michaels Ultimate Body Shop.I was surprised at how well built this item was. 03/11/2012
Great machine This is a great product to build muscle strength and tone up fast. My 7 year old can even use it! The only problem is that the chip with the workout routine was damaged and I don't know how to go about getting a new one. For now I'm just using the DVD. 02/28/2012
