This powder is great. It dissolves easily in liquid and tastes great. When I mix it with fat free milk, it flavors, sweetens and thickens it. I love to add it into cereal and smoothies. I also have the chocolate powder which tastes ok, but this one is my favorite. If I consume it in the morning it keeps me from getting hungry till lunch when otherwise, I would be starving by 10am. It definitely helps with weight loss. I love the low calorie amount. The only gripe I have is the width of the lid. I'm not sure why it has to be so wide. It almost hurts my hand to twist it. Otherwise, it's great. I will buy it again.

I have lost 5 lbs in 6 days. I use bottle water with it drink that for breakfast. eat lunch than drink another with water with my dinner. taste is great, peanut butter is alright but prefer it plain. I have also cut my soda habits down also the whey helped that a lot. my appetite has cut down a whole lot more! great stuff.

One of my favorite protein powders. I mix it into smoothies and my oatmeal almost everyday. I bought it originally because it is made with stevia and not artificial sweetners like most protein powders. It is definitely cheaper than other natural protein powders I have bought which usually range from $16-$20 for a pound, while this is just $10. My only complaint would be that it only has 15 g. protein while some other powders have more, however 100 calories for 15 grams of protein is not bad so it doesn't stop me from using this product.

I have the Biggest Loser Protein. It disolves in water very easily. What is the difference between Jillian MIchaels Protein powder and The biggest Loser Protein powder ???
    by McCissy
    • I have the Jillians... I saw a review on the Jillians after I bought it, saying the biggest loser taste a lot better and is only 50 calories a scoop (that's all I know about the one you have) The Jillian I have honestly taste horrible, 100 calories per scoop, 15 grams protein per scoop, low carbs=7g but you minus the fiber grams 3 to get net carb of 4g, and low sugar of 3g..so if it's true biggest loser protein taste good..I'd stick with that

    • Compare the labels... JM BL calories 100 50 protein 15g 6g fiber 3g 6g serving size 27g 17g sugars 3g 2g Another big difference is JL uses fructose and BL uses Stevia. The price/pound comparison is poor because the servings sizes are different (actually more servings/container in the BL than the JM). The BL would be better for sugar /calorie restrictive/weight loss diets and JL would be better for muscle building due to the increased protein. Bottomline... Whatever works for you.

    • There is more protein in Jillian Michaels protein. 3x's the amount in the Biggest Loser Protein powder. It is also a better buy for your $ at 2lbs for $10.

    • Biggest Loser Protein has more fiber than Jillian Michaels' Protein and is designed more towards helping people feel satisfied so they eat less. As far as dissolving better, Biggest Loser Protein is made by Designer Whey which was the first company to introduce whey protein to the world back in 1993. They have the experience on how to make their products dissolve really well.
