I haven't tried it on my face, but I'm sure it would be okay. Just be very careful around the eyes and mouth. I do know that they have a moisturizer specifically made for the face which would probably be a much safer option.

yes, it says on the bottle that it is okay on your face, there is also a smaller bottle specifically for facial use. if you do not feel comfortable applying it to your face then you can always compensate with a bronzer or darker foundation..but you can't use your daily face washing routine because it will just wash the lotion off. It caused me to have breakouts because it clogged my pores, but it may work differently based on different skin types. good luck , hope i helped :)

I would not recommend doing so... they have a product made specifically for your face (same brand.) I believe the color is more concentrated in this product and could possibly make your face orange. I have the Jergens Glow facial moisturizer and the color doesnt seem as strong as the body lotion. Plus if you use this on your face it may cause you to break out as its a much heavier lotion. I love the facial lotion too... its light, not greasy and the smell isnt as strong as the body lotion. Hope this helps!

No. I did and had a reaction to it and was told it wasn't for the face. Had to get steroidal cream for my face. They have a product specifically for the face.

Would it be okay to use this product on your face?

You are not supposed to get wet for like 4 hours after you put it on but after that, you are good to go, it does not come off in the shower.

Temporarily; however, it will wash over if you exfoliate or shower a couple of times.

I love this product because it creates a natural, even tan without streaking. It stays on for days and gives my fair skin needed color. I would highly recommend this product. I have been using this product for over 10 years!!

ive tried many sunless tanning creams in the last10 years,i thought i found a good sunless cream in loreal sunless tanning cream,but,my friend was looking tan to me oneday and said it was ''jergens natural glow''so i decided to try it out.well....i'm totally amazed how perfect it works.like it says,no streaking at all,it dries quickly and the color is brown not orange.i wear it all the time.people ask me if ive been in the sun recently and thats after 5 days,it still stays brown.i use it to tan 1 time a week,yes it stays on that long.i will recommened it to anyone who wants a gorgeous tan.

I am very fair skinned. Like I usually wear the lightest shade available in makeup- kind of fair skinned. I had tried enough self-tanning types of products that turned me into an Oompa Loompa that I have been weary of them for the past several years.

When I saw Jergens made this product that claims to be a moisturizer that just gradually builds up a glow in your skin, I was intrigued. But still not sure. But I took the plunge and bought it, and I am glad I did!

The first thing I noticed is the scent. It is really nice. Kind of smells like self-care, if that makes any sense! Not that burnt-skin chemical smell that can be present with these. And the texture is very nice! And then came the test: I applied it to my legs and arms, shoulders, tops of feet, while my daughter stared on in horror because she knew I could look orange at the end of this. A few minutes later, I looked in the mirror with relief.
No orange skin. What I was left with was a very subtle, healthy-looking glow, and so much relief that this is something you can build up in color and take a break when you reach that point where your skintone has had enough. 

So if you are looking for a fast-working immediate tan, this product is likely not for you. But if you want a nice, luxurious-feeling moisturizer that provides you with a gradual boost in healthy summer glow, I would recommend it. I will do an update if I notice anything new after I have used this a lot more.

Very light skinned.   It works best if your skin is over dry.  If I put it on right after a shower, I can't see a difference.   But after three days in a row of applying to very dry skin, it really darkened my skin.  And I used the lightest color.

They have improved the fragrance.

I am very pale with sensitive skin. Use this product on my legs and arms - very happy with the gentle changes in skin tone. Goes on nicely, fragrance is light and keeps my dry skin feeling and looking nice. Wasn't sure this would work for me, glad it does! I may try the one for faces next.

I like this tanning lotion because it's soft on my skin and it seems to moisturize well. I have a nice color after applying more like a glow.

I use this brand every summer.  I apply it with nitrile gloves and use it every two to three days.  It provides a natural looking tan and is practically odorless. Since I no longer lay out in the sun like I once did in my 20's and 30's, this is my go to, easy breezy way to have a tan!

Tans nicely, natural glow!

Ive noticed that if I apply this lotion to my arms and legs after I get out of the shower, the smell is less offensive than if I apply randomly during the day. Be careful not to apply too much to ankles, knees, elbows, etc as it warns on the product label. Color definitely spreads evenly and does not leave blotches. Also wash your hands thoroughly after applying... sides of fingers especially lol. Learned the hard way:) Enjoy and be ready for summer:)
