Not worth the Money The first bag had to be exchanged because the handle did not go up and down correctly. That should have been my first clue. So I got another one. The handle worked okay, but the bag ripped on its fist flight and I used it for carry-on. It does hold a lot, but it's a piece of junk in my opinion. 12/29/2010
Horrible! I have had a Jeep bag for the last 15 years and it was amazing until it recently broke. I replaced with another one, thinking it was made the same way. It was nothing like the original and only lasted two weeks. I tried to return it and the store wouldn't take it. 03/24/2012
Overall I like the bag and it's durability, however, the outside pocket zipper broke on only it's second use. Very disappointed as I expected better quality from Jeep. Would be happy with a replacement bag if I could be assured this would not happen again. 11/24/2011
Well built, does not tip over but out of balance. This is a very well built, nice bag for taking as a carry-on on airplanes. The telescoping handle has two stopping positions, which is great. Its best feature however is that it won't fall over forward thanks to its hard plastic stand on the bottom side. Unfortunately the design of the bag itself is not symmetrical, with one large pocket on side and no pocket on the other side, which can put more weight on one side and make it tip over sideways. Since there are no other pockets in this bag, this can be problem. It would have been better to put that pocket at the top of the bag, or put one on each side of the bag to not destabilize it. 12/10/2010
