Groovy lamp I really liked this product, but only returned it because of the colors. The shade is stark white (needed an off-white, creamy color) and the legs are pure black. I was hoping it was a darker wood, like deep cherry, but it is definitely black. The colors are what did not jive in my living room. The quality of the piece and craftsmanship is very good. The lamp is quite tall and actually too tall for my end tables, so between the colors and size, I had to return it. There wasn't anything wrong with the lamp, just my judgement. So, if you're looking for the white color and little bit larger size, this is a groovy lamp for you. It's very stylish. 04/02/2009
I bought the set about a year ago and loved it so much I bought another single table lamp. They are beautiful sturdy and adds a certain ambiance to any room. I ordered these lamps online at walmart.com and received them before the scheduled date. The items were carefully boxed and was easy to carry, they come assembled so no fuss with the little caps.
