Didn't work for me I am close to my goal weight and at an intermediate fitness level. I bought these so I could lose those last stubborn 5-6 pounds. I bought these out of curiosity and I don't think they worked. After taking about half the bottle, I quit taking them and bought something else.When I first got them, I thought they didn't give me extra energy, but they might have curbed my appetite. But eventually, I didn't see any noticeable difference on days I did or did not take them. Over a time period of about a month, I was active and was getting at least three hours of aerobic exercise a week, and not only did I not lose any weight, I actually might have gained some. I am glad I only paid $9 instead of their original $30 tag!They did not make my heart race or give me tummy issues, for what it's worth. 02/19/2011

Love it ! I have been using this product for a few months. I have lost 10 lbs so far. This product will curb your appetite if you take as directed, but do not expect a drastic change in your hungry, its all about self control. I use this daily before breakfast and dinner. It allows me to eat less and also gain much needed energy. 03/20/2011
These don't really control my appetite. I may eat a little less, but I think it's only because I know I took them. I find that drinking water (lots of water) before a meal works better. 04/21/2012
