I quite enjoyed Kaling's book. I felt like she wrote it exactly the way she would speak to you. The book was quirky and amusing while letting you in on a little piece of Kaling's life. I only wish that the flow was better toward the end. It is a book of essays so it is slightly less connected in the later chapters as compared to the earlier ones. Having said this I still loved the book and Kaling's great sense of humor. She is one of those people who makes you think "if I was famous, I would totally want to be friends with her!"
