The directions were easy to follow and each piece was labeled for proper identification. A spot weld on one shelf was broken but they provide an order form to get items needed at no cost. Used superglue for now.... Baskets are easier to assemble if you start all four screws first before adding the bottom. A little disappointed with the quality and it's not the sturdiest product but for my needs, I think it will do fine. I don't see where the baskets slide over sharp areas as one person said. For this price I doubt I would order a second one but I don't regret buying this one. 03/26/2011
