I an returning this product.It doesn't work. Doesn't have software included.Doesn't have website support .I wasted 2 days calling for technical support.So don't waste your time and money. 12/13/2011
I purchased this for my 25 year old daughter as a Christmas present. She absolutely loves it!!! Her favorite gift in fact. It was easy to set-up. She followed the directions and was singing within 15 minutes. She liked the songs that were available also. 01/11/2012
