It is what It is My husband worked hard for 5 weeks to even out the ground to perfect leveling for this pool.I ordered it early along with all the accesories (off deck ladder,solar blanket etc).I studied all the feedback and reviews and although most were negative as you all are seeing I ordered anyways and I will tell you why.This pool is huge and deeper then expected once set up.Comparitive pools are thousands of dollars more.So you are getting a massive pool for a fourth of the cost of more luxurious models.There are glitches.and little leaks but don't get upset and remember that u get what u pay for and if your vigilant enough u can catch problems and solve them.We stuck it out and so glad we did.great sized pool for the price! 05/19/2012
Do NOT buy this pool READ all reviews I have to admit, I was totally against buying this pool.Why? because I do get online and read the reviews. I told my wife, Honey have you seen the reviews people have left on this pool. I think we should just go with the $1899 pool it was the one I wanted. She insisted this pool would be just the same and only half the money. My gutt told me NOT to buy this pool. We all know with today's economy every penny counts especially if you have children. But you want to know what. if you can't afford to get something that you are sure will NOT arrive with a HOLE then keep saving up for it. Our pool arrived with a torn ripped up bottom part of the box. I was so worried because I had read the horror another buyer experienced. but I did examine the pool, all looked fine. MORE than half way full guess what..... HOLE water leaking everywhere... so now we have a BRAND New $699 pool with a patch and we have not even gotten into this pool because the $300 stairs that we purchased arrived with missing parts.buyers take my word for it. GO to a professional pool place. let them come out and install the pool with a guarantee. I regret every part of this VERY expensive purchase...... 05/07/2012
Great pool! This a wonderful, sturdy, large pool. Noticed that other reviewers had problems with holes and tears, my pool arrived with no problems. Building the pool itself is very easy. The hardest part is making sure you have a level place to put it. We built a 25 x 25 foot frame with railroad ties and filled it with sand. After wetting the sand down and getting it level we were ready to put the pool together. the box says not to put the pool on sand but we have installed 2 other large pools this way with no problems. (just make sure legs of pool are on the ground cloth so they won't sink) The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because we havn't had it up long enough for any problems to arise. POOR QUALITY!!! I BOUGHT THIS POOL NOT KNOWING I COULDN'T GO BACK TO WALMART IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS. YOU ONLY HAVE 90 DAY WARRANTY WITH INTEX. I BEEN ON HOLD ON THE PHONE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND STILL HAVEN'T SPOKE TO ANYONE. THE LINER OF THE POOL IS LEAKING AT THE SEAMS. AND I ALSO HAVE PIN HOLES WHICH YOU CAN FIX A FEW PIN HOLES BUT THE SEAMS NAH. I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND ANY ONE BUY THIS POOL FOR THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY!!!! 05/07/2012
