Love it, love it, love it! Totally what I expected and more. Good solid weight, simple lines, brushed finish and the size is perfect. Price is unbeatable for the quality. The forks and butter knives are longer than the average and I love them this way. I like them so much I'm ordering another set. The steak knives are a little cheap looking and lightweight but I have others I like better anyway. 08/20/2009
So far so good!!!!!! This is a great set. And I especially like the fact that the forks and spoons all nest easily and stay that way. I hate a messy drawer/flatware tray, and these make it easy to keep neat. Very happy with all pieces. The steak knives, which are not mentioned in the description, and which the other reviewers aren't as happy with, are not bad. They cut well, and really, that's all you need a knife to do, right? The handles so far, seem sturdy enough, even though they are plastic, which of course, is different than the regular pieces, which are all metal. They are strong enough, so far, to cut through what we need them too. 03/03/2011
Good for Paul Bunion! I thought I had made a great decision with these based on the reviews. When they arrived, i was shocked the soup spoons were SO big! I thoguht they put the serving spoon in the front show slot. All the pieces were huge too! These are to be for my ofice and I right away knew I would have to return. Unless you have a HUGE mouth, these may catch you as too large. We eat a lot of soup for lunch at work and I was embaressed to even give these a shot. I quietly returned them back to Walmart and will go with Oneida for their normal sized pieces! For the quality, it seemed ok. I only felt 1 spoon. The price is good but to me, the pieces are TOO big! 02/28/2011
great set! i have had mine for about 7 years and i have had no rusting (i saw the other reviews) and no discoloration of any kind. the only thing is that we have had them for so long, i think the forks have up and walked away! i have to replace just the knives soi ordered those deparately.
