Expensive - But worth it Used this product to connect my son's XBox 360 to a flat screen moniter and a video rocker in his room. Worked great, and he can't get enough of it! Now he gets true HD experience from his XBox without the need for a computer or expensive HD TV. Did require another cable and adapter for the audio thru the rocker, but total cost for setup including this cable, rocker, monitor, and other cable was under 300$, which is a lot less than an HDTV would have been. 12/30/2008

Gets you by Good cable for the money, if you can stand a little bit of ghosting. I have heard better from people using Microsoft's cables.Just perfect if you just simply cannot stand playing on your standard definition television for any reason, such as text/icons being too darn small, and beats having to shell out the coins for even a small $300 HDTV (and still have to buy an HD cable of some sort).This does not come with a female-to-female adapter like the Microsoft version is said to have but fortunately my monitor is a flat panel and does not have the cords built in. Also, the other pitfall which everyone trying to use a computer monitor you will run into is sound. Buy yourself some cheap $15 computer speakers and the right adapters to get your sound hooked up.Ghosting does not bother me too much, but simply put try to keep your cable as far away as others, especially from AC cables, as the ghosting can partly be related to poor EMI shielding. Also, make sure you have a good connection.If you're on the cheap and can stand the pitfalls of being cheap (slight ghosting) this is the cable for you. However I would suggest trying to shell out for the Microsoft VGA HD cable if you can, as I hear they are better shielded and provide a better picture. 12/11/2008
