    No service- display DOA This was delivered 11/11 and the delivery crew chipped my porcelain tile floor.They said nothing.The unit was delivered and sit up on the floor with the “This side up” arrows facing down to the floor. After turning it with the “up side” up I spent the next three hours building the unit.The display seems to be DOA.I have called the support number twice and was greeted with “leave you number”.I believe that technical support does not exist.Do I spend another three hours taking it apart and returning it to Wal-Mart?It weighs 175 lbs. 11/12/2009
    I have owned this elliptical for about 5 months now. I generally put about 100- 140 miles a week on this machine and it holds up brilliantly (I am a 6' tall male). The pedal did break on me (covered under warranty) but it was really my own fault.My only gripe is that the timer maxes out at 99 minutes and then resets back to zero. Calories, distance etc. don't reset with the time though so it's a minor point. The Control Panel comes wit a USB port but I can't figure out what it is for. The elliptical didn't come with any software. 06/19/2010
    A very heavy duty machine. Very easy to assemble and easy to work with. The display panel is easy to figure out. The rollers glide easily and I really enjoy this machine 02/03/2010
