Rated 3 out of 5 by Hunting23 I chose this refridgerator for my office it seemed like just the right size and price. Unfortunately my first order I had it delivered and it was a mess! Dents everywhere which was due to poor packaging. I decided to try again in hopes to receive one that was handled gently by the warehouse and the shipping company....fat chance...had to return that one also due to parts missing and dents. I then decided one last try...I really wanted the fridge....we had it shipped to a store so we could open it there. It did have just one ding on it and a simple fix on the bottom where the balancing knob thingy is but we chose to keep it. Have only had it for a day now so hoping it works well and we made the right choice. I gave this item "poor" in durablility and appearance due to the condition we rec'd 2 of them. I do not recomment you have this item shipped directly to you and I do recommend you open the box at the store prior to taking it home. 03/25/2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by JoesInBoston Do not buy this. I cannot stress to you enough that you should not buy this product. Yes, there are some good reviews here, but consider those people lucky. I ordered this product and when it arrived, the packaging was beat to heck, like others have experienced. Once I opened it up, the hinge was bent, the cover for the hinge was cracked and the door wouldn't stay on or closed.Walmart was really good about letting me return it, though I had to borrow an SUV to get it to the nearest store (15 miles away). They offered to ship me a replacement, so I agreed, figuring I can't get struck by lightning twice.When the second unit arrived, the door and sides looked great. Unfortunately, the underside and compressor compartment looked as if they were shodily rebuilt. I suspect it was a returned item, some person at the factory took it apart and reassembled it, then boxed it back up. When I plugged the unit it, I heard the compressor whirring, but after 24 hours it failed to get cold. It actually got warmer inside the fridge (I had placed my own thermometer inside).I am returning the second unit and getting a refund instead of a replacement. Walmart has been OK to deal with, though I wish they sent me a UPS or Fedex return label instead of a USPS one. USPS won't pickup packages from your door that are greater than 1 pound.You have been warned. 03/25/2013
