Great for keeping out the cold air Pet Door was a great price, compared to other places. Service was outstanding; delivered (for free) right to the store, only a 17 minute drive door to door.Door itself great...a "hint" though is that it protrudes on both sides (not flush with door) because it has double flaps. Works great for our 100 pound lab....although MAYBE the dog could have been in the next size smaller; we did not want to leave it to chance; plus she is older (9) and seems to need the extra space, now and in the future, as she gets more arthritic.We have it on an exterior door to a (cold) garage....and we feel no drafts whatsoever. We had it professional installed, just because I did not want to error and CUT TWICE because I only measured once! 02/09/2012
Great all-weather door Just had this installed and my dogs love it. It did not take long for them to figure it out. I like that it has clear flaps so they are able to see out and less hesitant to go through it. We had to buy a new door and had it installed by the person installing the new door. We were able to order the new door with the opening already in it, so I am not sure how it is following the template and cutting the opening. 04/19/2012
