Item Description
The Icy Hot Extra Strength Pain Relieving Balm provides temporary relief from minor body aches associated with simple backache, arthritis, muscle strains, muscle sprains, tendonitis, bruises and cramps. With methyl salicylate and menthol as its active ingredients, this pain relieving balm offers quick pain relief. Apply the arthritis pain reliever balm generously to the affected area and massage until it is thoroughly absorbed into the skin. It is recommended that you use this cream 4 times a day or as directed by the physician. Consult a doctor before its use for children under the age of 12 years and for pregnant and breast feeding women. Directions

Waste of money I've used Icy Hot products before and was well satisfied with them. This "extra strength" balm isn't worth the money or the time wasted to apply it, didn't do anything to even ease the pain in my shoulders and lower back. Might as well have used a hand cream, would have had much better results. Will never purchase this product (balm) again. 02/20/2011
