it is really creamy, compare to other watery brands.  Great flavor and easy to open. I use it for my coquito and many other recipes.

Wonderful for coquito and baking. I love coconut, so it's a staple for my sweet recipes.

I love Iberia coconut cream.  My desserts and smoothies always come out creamy and delicious.  I used to buy Goya and Coco Lopez brands but they are expensive.  I switched to this one because is cheaper, I get the same wonderful results as If I was buying the other 2 and the can is larger.

It's not real coconut cream! It's mostly just sugar and ruined my dish. I also tried making a dessert ("latik") with this and it did not curdle how coconut cream does normally. It instead burnt like sugar. I found out when I tried the same recipe and process with another brand and it turned out perfectly. Will never buy this brand again.

Missing

If I could give 0 star, I would with no hesitation. This product contains way too much sugar. I used this brand of coconut cream in my attempt to cook curry dish and it completely ruined it.  The recipe calls specifically for coconut cream and not coconut milk. I could have had much better result using an old fashion coconut milk than this Iberia brand that is loaded with added sugar.

Don't buy this.
