Rated 1 out of 5 by FredXIV A big disapointment I bought the bike because it looks solid and the tires look as if they are strong. I only ride a few miles a time. The first thing I noticed is that both wheels wobbled noticeably as I rode it. Next I got a flat and found spare tubes hard to find (26 X 2.35). I had to walk 2 miles to get back home. I rode it less than 10 miles and I have another flat. I'm looking for more spare tubes now. 12/24/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by beercruising good basic bike Bought this as an recreational bike to ride around my cabin in the lake tahoe area, got a matching female cruiser for my girlfriend. the bikes will be used for short trips to the lake and for trips to bars/parties when drunk and not capable of driving a motorized vehicle. I have assembled both bikes and rode around the block, have not tested longer term performance:PROS:1. very durable steel welds, the frame is built to last.2. the rear rack is welded onto the frame and also has a cool extending option, nice touch and very sturdy.3. Easy enough to assemble. if you have never worked on bikes...it will take some patience and probably 1-2 hours. the instructions are pretty good if you take the time to read/follow them.4. cup holder is awesome, very nice touch. overall design is very nicely executed, stylish bike with classic looks. $20 gift card comes with the bike, thank you very much!CONS:1. wheels arrived lop-sided, they need to be professionally trued. this is to be expected from a bike shipped straight from Asia, usually the bike shop would do this for you. you get what you pay for in this case....I would bet that all bikes bought from walmart come this way.2. quick release seat post skewer is cheap (the part that holds your seat up), needs to be replaced with a stronger clamp which can be bought at a bike shop for $5-10. the one that came with the bike cannot hold the seat in position when I sit on it (i am 6' and 240lbs, it is probably fine for someone smaller).3. front basket is disappointingly small. it will not safely hold a 6-pack of bottles, nor a 12-pack of cans. would hold a small purse or beach towel, but you will have to choose one.Over-all a pretty solid bike for the price. I might have gone for the $88 huffy without the rack/basket/cupholder, but I really wanted the extra cargo. Could have added on similar options from walmart.com and probably spent a little less. 06/18/2012
