Hudson Embroidered Curtain Panel 3 3
Gorgeous - Ballard Design look alikes I saw these same curtains in Ballard Designs and fell in love with them but they were way to expensive. These look like silk and look much more expensive than they are. I bought 3 colors b/c I wasn't sure which one I wanted. Vanilla, Truffle & Espresso. All are true color to web except the Truffle, I would call it gold. They are beautiful, but thin. BUT, be aware that you should buy extra and return what you don't need b/c, as is common with buying inexpensive curtains, the lengths are not accurate. One of my panels is 2 inches too short, but it is behind a sofa, so it isn't a problem for me. 05/19/2011
Truffle Color NOT true to Picture These curtains are beautiful- I got them in Espresso and Truffle. I wanted a terra cotta color- sort of orange/rust. In the photo they looked like they were just what I wanted, but in reality they are more of a gold or champagne color with a SLIGHT orange hue-and I mean slight.If you would like an idea of what the color looks like in real life, look at the Better Homes and Gardens Musical Window Set, also for sale on walmart.com. The Gold color of those curtains is pretty much the same color as these.I am keeping them because they look nice anyway, but they are not exactly the color I wanted. Basically I am settling for them because its kind of a hassle to return them and keep searching for the perfect ones, plus I love the Espresso color and these match them.But, if you want the color in the photo, skip these and keep looking. 08/28/2011
These match perfectly! Doing a mini makeover in my living room. Used Ballard Designs catalog for inspiration but WOW their prices are crazy high! Found these curtains at a much better price here and in a color to compliment my decor. My next purchase may be the Royal Rugs Barcelona Hoja Sea Blue Indoor / Outdoor Rug which is the exact same pattern as one in the Ballard catalog but at a much better price! It's worth the time and trouble to search the Walmart site to find a high end look for a Walmart price! 04/18/2012
