It arrived quickly and the shipping cost was quite reasonable. The only issue I had was a bent thread that wouldn't attach correctly. When I contacted the manufacturer directed by email, they responded in less than an hour and shipped a replacement part right away. My shoes and I couldn't be happier! 09/04/2011
