How can you do this? Years and years we buy your product trusting this is organic milk then you do something stupid by adding oil you produced from an algae if the news got this right. When someone say organic, I would think they meant straight from a cow and that cow is not filled with growth hormones or caged in a cow factory that they stand in the same place. when I got these candles I really like them took them out put the batteries in sadly one in one pack that I ordered did not work but I had ordered two packs so unfortunately I get those out and the same thing was happening the little flame fans but it does not light the candle does not lie so two out of 10 I guess you're saying well that's better than none but two out of 10 are not working and I don't appreciate that actually you spend money you expect things to work. and I wouldn't dare go through the trouble of trying to return them oh no

I've been buying this milk for years now. The 2% lactose free half gallons. This is the second time I've gotten a half gallon and it tastes funny. Doesn't tast spoiled but kind of metal taste and it leaves a weird film on the glass. I know right away something is wrong because my Oreos won't soften. I've had to return them which is a pain in the rear and I end up without milk for my oatmeal. What the heck is going on? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I did not get this milk but was charged for it.  What should I do?

We have bought Horizon Milk for years. I have a toddler now and we buy way more milk than ever. Recently this week I opened 2 containers of the whole milk only to find at the bottom a (grossly) thick almost yogurt like consistency. I was furious my toddler had been drinking this for a couple of days. I had another container with the same expiration date bought from the same store. I dumped the entire container into a very large glass I had, only to find the same disgusting slop at the bottom of the container. I am VERY hesitant to buy Horizon any longer. I have never had this happen and it was really just disturbing.

Never had issues until this week!

The milk was in my order and they didn't give it to me when I went for the order in the pick up it's the third time it happens to me. They have to be aware since there are items that we need the same day.
