In a PRACTICE session, with no other cars on the track, not even giving the accelerator 3/4 power, it hooked right, into the interior wall. After a few attempts, I tried counter steering in the straights, and in order to go into a turn the car leaps towards the outer wall.Understanding the physics that modern games have, the fact that this game simulates full setups and how in real life, the car is set up to go a bit left... except in road courses... so i tried a road coarse... same thing... I adjusted the left side weights; same thing...Afer NASCAR, I attempted Forza 2, 3 and Horizon. Same thing. Slightly better on Forza 2... probably because it is an antique in the gaming world.Best advice; save your money and don't buy it. And if you do save your receipt. Mine is going back tomorrow; it was packed up within an hour of being opened. 01/13/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Centriole Great Product This is a great product, I bought Need for Speed Most Wanted (Criterion, 2012) and used a normal controller, and decided I wanted to buy a racing wheel so that I could have more of a challenge.The controller automatically changes its button layout on most games to make it easier to play the game, and you can change button layouts manually if the controller doesn't change and you want to change it.It has 5 suction cups on the bottom of the wheel to make sure that the steering wheel stays in place while racing like a maniac (like me).It has foot pedals that you can use if you want, but they are NOT REQUIRED to use.The only downside to this racing wheel, like many other racing wheels, is that it is MUCH harder to use than a standard Xbox 360 Controller, but it makes the game more of a challenge and more fun.Also, the wheel deserves care, so don't abuse it.And if you play Nascar, everything is a left turn, so play on a reversed track every once in a while so that the wheel knows how to do a right turn. Try to make dynamic turns when using this wheel, not just the same motion over and over and over.This is the greatest wheel I have used in a long time! 12/25/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Khevvin no! if youre racing NASCAR, DONT GET THIS PRODUCT! Knowing NASCAR, you always turn to the left, and this wheel cant handle all that leftage ;P it begins to squeak like the floor or maybe even a slowly opened door when you turn to the right. DONT GET IT! 09/10/2012
