Follow Through / Support Works well for the money but recomend that you avoid purchasing. 6 months after I purchased mine my WalMart quit carying the cleaning solution that it uses. One is no good without the other. 03/14/2009
Love this machine! I read a lot of reviews before deciding to get this model, and I'll say it surpasses my expectations. I bought it because I have a grandbaby who's crawling around, and I have a dog and cat who shed continuously and I hated to even let her get down, she got so dirty. I've always hated sweeping and mopping, all that work and the floors still don't come clean. This machine gets up everything, pet hair, dirt, spills, and leaves the floors clean and almost dry. It's not hard to use, less effort than pushing the vacuum cleaner around and does the whole job, sweeping and mopping. The first time I used it I swept the floors first, and couldn't believe how much more stuff came up. Since I have used it without even sweeping and it picks up everything. It's just so satisfying to empty that dirty water out and know that I wasn't just mopping that stuff around. I still have to clean up small spaces like around the toilet that it won't get into, but that's not too hard. I have hardwood floors throughout the house, and when I used up the floor to floor solution that came with it I started using Murphy's oil soap in it and it works great. The only small problem with it is the top which is supposed to double as a measuring cup for the cleaning solution leaks like a sieve, so I just use something else to measure the soap into the tank. Another plus for the product, my husband enjoys using it-you know how men love power tools-he's used it almost as many times as I have. I can't rate the durability, I've had it less than a month, but don't anticipate any problems with it. If it holds up and keeps working as well as it does, it's well worth the money. 03/12/2009

works well for the money I am disabled and have white floor tiles in my apartment. I have only tried to use mops and it's not easy with my disability.After the first use of this product, which I was able to use comfortably, there was a big difference in the cleanliness of the floor. After two or three washings I'm sure that the dirt in the tiles will be gone. 03/04/2009
