Rated 2 out of 5 by Arturo When it works....it does well Bought ours online in April. Used it maybe 4 times..brought it out for number 5 and the fluid tank leaked like the trigger was always pulled. Long story short...unit in the shop...now for going on 4 weeks...Not Good! 10/17/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 Very good product. Cleans well. Worked great on grout and on marble. Not so great on curvy hardwood floors. Quality of the product needs lot of improvement. Not sure if it works for more than one year. Could use little more suction. 05/19/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by charna not good value This is a very poorly made machine, when it works it is fine but after 4 mos. the motor burned up. It took Hoover 6 wks. to get to the Warranty and then part to repairman. Have no idea when I will get this machine back.....the warranty does not mean a thing. Last one of Hoover products I will buy. 04/18/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by flooramatic Better than the older FloorMate I had a FloorMATE before, then I got the new FH40030 FloorMate & it's FAR better than the old one. This one has folding handle, wider path, EZ Select dial, & tools to get the tight spaces. This FloorMATE FH40030 is also more powerful than the H3000 (although I love both) since my floors are dry immediately & cleaner. I used the H3000 first (using water/detergent) Then I use the FH40030 (using only water) & the new one still pulled more dirt! The FH40030's SpinScrub brushes reach the "highs" and "lows" of tile (great for uneven floors) (even deep grout lines) that the H3000's SpinScrub brushes couldn't touch. Even the tools work like magic! :) The only thing missing is a SpinScrub hand tool. 11/21/2011
