Rated 1 out of 5 Doesn't fit I bought two of these for the bedrooms. When I attempted to install one of them in my 35.5" window, it wouldn't fit. The video and the spec sheet says it is adjustable "Double window fan has an adjustable width of 23.5"-39.5"". The fan housing is 24". The one adjustable panel expands from 6" to 8.75". The static panel is 7.25", which means you need an opening of at least 37.25" A big waste of my time. I am returning both. 01/17/2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by phishness The fan blades rub on the frame of the unit and makes a horrible noise. Completely unusable. If you have small windows, don't bother with this product. It claims to be adjustable but if you have standard sized windows good luck getting a tight fit. 01/02/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by GrannysScooterPie Heat Wave Relief! The air-conditioner in my bedroom finally pooped out at the end of the season in 2011. I have bronchitis and as all of my windows face the rising sun until about 1:00 pm, I knew that I still would need some type of ventilation in my room. I looked at air-conditioners however, my money was low. I decided to try the Honeywell twin fan. Voila! The fan is not like an air-conditioner of course but at least I was able to stop sleeping on the sofa in the living room (where my other A/C is) and sleep in my bed at night.A very good purchase in my book! 08/29/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by GrandmaTigger Superb Great fan! Moves a lot of air and can reverse direction of air flow without removing it from the window. It is about an inch short for my windows as they are 39" wide. But since it is so close to fitting, I use it anyway. The window pulled down on top of it holds it in place nicely. I will be ordering a second one, although the one seems to cool my whole apartment. On humid days, it could use some help, thus needing a second fan. 08/06/2012
