Rated 2 out of 5 by keri511 Looks too good to be true Having purchased cheaper laundry sorters that were plastic in the past, I was really searching for a strong metal sorter. To begin with the bags are VERY small. You could honestly fit one more bag on the bar, and there is about a three inch space between the net lining to the bottom of the bag. I put it together fairly easily however first trip down to the laundry area and two of the plastic connectors already broke! The whole velcro strap around the metal hooks looks nice but is very impractical. I have already taken it apart and it is back in the box to be returned tomorrow. I was really disappointed with this product. My search continues... 02/10/2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by XplatinumXpixeyX Could use some Tweaks. I had purchased this item back in March to replace the cheap o one I originally had that fell apart. I got it on the sole fact of it was the perfect size where I needed it, that it was a sorter and it looked nice too. As soon as I got it I put it together. There are some major design flaws sadly. I had a lot of issues putting it together because some pieces weren't easy to figure out what was what. I also had an issue where 3 of the 4 bottom brackets that link the parts together broke. I was very annoyed this with this, but lucky I was able to call the company directly which they sent me all new pieces to replace which were allot stronger then the original pieces. Why the company didn't use these in the first place is beyond me. Also as someone else had mentioned there is allot of space between the sorters. This is true, If they were going to make the sorting bags not as wide as they are they could have cut the product width down to make it a bit more smaller, or they could have simply made the sorting bags wider so they hold more laundry. Over all I'm happy with the product, but there were just a few things the company could have done to make it better and worth its cost. 11/01/2012
