It was very easy to put together, and is very sturdy! I like the way it looks, and it collapses down to a small size for storage. It holds a lot of clothes and doesn't wobble. I'm very please with this.

Living in an Apartment and having to go outside my building to do wash I find this drying rack to be an excellent solution. I take the wash there and back and dry it on the rack. In bad weather this is a big help. I fits quite a lot of items, even sheets. It folds up and I can put it in the closet when not in use. It is very well made and very sturdy. The fact that it saves me money is an added bonus. This product has already paid for its self.

I was excited when I first got the product. I bought two of them since we don't own a dryer & only use drying racks. I thought that it would be better than the wood drying racks. The metal racks were very easy to put together, but they aren't as sturdy as I had hoped. I've been using them for about two months and more of the metal bars keep breaking off. The plastic pegs you insert to the metal tubes break off in the metal tubes. Between both racks that I have, eight of the metal bars have broken off. This makes the rack very unsturdy.

    • A. Hope you kept your instruction sheet-if not-It reads: To fold down your drying rack 1. Lift up both horizontal cross bars (C) at the top of each side support (A) and un-clip retaining pin (D) from it's bracket (E) on both sides. 2. The rack will now fold flat for storage. 3.TO reassemble simply snap retaining pins back into their bracket. 4. Be certain retaining pins are securely locked in place to avoid unexpected rack collapse. For assist info@honeycando.com

    • A. This is very easy to collapse. you use pull up on the sides and fold down. it maybe hard for you to put it back up though since you have arthritis I found it Little hard for me to line the 2 parts together but that might not be a problem for you.

    • A. It doesn't! I just reviewed this item after finding out the hard way I'd thrown my money away. Not only will it not collapse according to the claim, when you attempt to remove the rods to store it that way, the ends of the rods start breaking off,. If you haven't bought this, save your money! If you have, try to get a refund and try another brand.

    • A. Amber, do yourself a favor and buy the wooden rack instead. Its easier to set up & take down. The plastic pieces must be locked/unlocked and would likely be difficult for your hands.

Is there any way you can purchase the inserts that go in the ends of the rails? Mine are breaking and I would love to purchase them to replace the broken ones. They are plastic with a little circle on the end that slips into the end and then into the holder on the rack.
