More then met my expectations I purchased a similar dinnerware set at one of the high end stores and then I went to WalMart and saw this one, not only did I like it more but it was half the price of the one I bought elseware and it wasn't even on sale so I returned the other set. And I had more money to spend at WalMart for accessory items. Dishwasher, microwave safe and I can't even begin to express the great quality of it not to mention how beautiful it is in person. Excellent Product I just bought these dishes yesterday. Right off the bat, they caught mine and my husbands eyes. They are absolutely stunning. Everything is the perfect size. I read a bad review about using them in the microwave so I guess I won't put them in there. I wouldn't want to take the chance on breaking such beautiful pieces. You have to get this dinnerware! You will not be disappointed! I have to agree that I wish there was a platter and creamer/sugar bowl to go with these! 07/04/2010
